What is whitelisting?
Whitelisting tells your email provider that you trust emails from a specific address and that they should be delivered to your inbox. This ensures you never miss important updates, solutions, and helpful information from our support team.
How to whitelist:
Gmail:
1. Open an email from support@seigler.us.
2. Click on the sender name, support@seigler.us.
3. Select Add to contacts.
4. (Optional) Go to Settings > Filters and Blocked Addresses.
5. Click Create a new filter.
6. Enter support@seigler.us in the From field.
7. Check the box next to Never send it to spam.
8. Click Create filter.
Outlook:
1. Open an email from support@seigler.us.
2. Right-click on the sender name, support@seigler.us.
3. Select Add to People.
4. (Optional) Go to Settings > Mail > Junk Mail.
5. Click Safe Senders.
6. Click Add.
7. Enter support@seigler.us.
8. Click OK.
